over the river and through the woods…

summer vacation is…

fall break 2011

 Our kids have a lot of “Montana blood” passed down to them- they love cool weather, playing in nature, getting dirty.  They’ll stay outdoors until I drag them in. …   Because our school’s fall break feels more like a scorching summer, we flew back to Sundance for a week of paradise (ie: being outside) John had work to do with the Utah mattress stores so we went on nature walks and relaxed.     They were in all their glory being able to play outside  ...

after the best summer vacation ever… we had to say goodbye to montana.   Caught a late night flight and flew home to AZ’s 98 degrees, awesome. . Piled 4 exhausted kiddos into their beds in the wee hours of the morning. Thankful for an amazing vacation, four healthy children who travel exceptionally well, and a life that’s good to come home to.
